Simple Supper 2017
Please come join the children and teens of the meeting for a Simple Supper of delicious soups and desserts sponsored by the Children’s Religious Education Committee, Friday, November 3rd from 5:30-7 p.m. Afterwards, enjoy the fall theater performance, The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail, at George School at 8 p.m.
The proceeds of Simple Supper will support US hurricane relief efforts via the All Hands Volunteers charity. All Hands supports communities as they rebuild offering assistance such as: debris and downed tree removal so homeowners can return to their neighborhoods, gutting and mold removal from damaged homes and businesses, and rebuilding schools. All Hands relies on volunteers and donations to offer these crucial services to communities in need.
In lieu of tickets, please donate as you feel led. Please help us out by donating soups and desserts for the supper. Sign-up sheets are posted in the Meetinghouse lobby. You can also use the link below to sign-up for soup and dessert donations.
Please bring the soups warm to the supper. You also can drop off soups and desserts the night before on Thursday, November 2nd from 6-7 at the Meetinghouse.
